    I purchased a 2012 Challenger from swift a few months ago and have never been so overwhelmed by the quality of customer service. The service department was by far the best I have ever worked with.

    My wife and I purchased a 2012 Chrysler 300 a week ago and the experience was something we never expected. Sales Manager Jon McCown introduced us to Majid (call me Magic) Arshadi who took us through the lot looking at various cars. We ended up finding a Blackberry 300 and took the week to “sleep on it”. During the test drive my wife was wary of all the new electronics in the 300 (our last car was a 2002 base model Kia Rio) but Majid said “you can’t go into this looking at only the negatives. If anything goes wrong with a new car it will happen in the first three months. Majid was very friendly and informative but let us ask the questions and not try and shove the car on us. When we left for the week he was still very friendly. Upon returning Jon and Majid met us and the usual three hour deal was as smooth and non-agressive as I have never experienced. While we waited for the financial officer to work the numbers out Majid offered us snacks and drinks and the three hours seemed like one. Once the deal was worked out we were passed off to Marie Ellen Noonan who went through the paper work quickly but informatively , again, not feeling pressured. All in all, This is the fourth new car I have purchased and the NUMBER ONE DEALER I have dealt with. On a scale of 1 to 10 in satisfaction, price and giving us what we wanted I give them a 10+. And a big thank you to all the people I dealt with.
