Tell us which one of these cars you want to drive on your Valentine's Day date and why and you may get to drive it this Valentine's Day, February 14th 2012. We will also have additional surprise gifts for the winner.
Here is how to enter:
1) Right here on this page, post your choice of your car and your reason of choosing it on the comments section below.
2) Visit our Facebook page, become a fan and enter your choice of your car and your reason of choosing it on the notes section.
All entries must be made by February 9th, 2012. One entry per person. Employees of Swift Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia and their immediate relatives are not eligible.
By participating in this contest you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions:
To participate in Swift Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia's 2012 Valentine's Day Fantasy Test Drive contest you must;
- be at least 21 years of age,
- have full vehicle insurance coverage,
- have a valid California Driver's License,
- be able to test-drive the vehicle on your Valentine's Day date, February 14th 2012
- agree to sign a Borrowed Vehicle Agreement which contains additional terms before test-drive
Winner will be chosen from all eligible entries by Swift Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia management on February 10th 2012. Swift Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia management's decision would be final.
As the winner of this contest, you understand that you are the only authorized driver and you are responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle you are driving, even if someone else caused it or the cause is unknown, whether due to theft, fire, hail, flood, collision, vandalism, or any other cause as well as loss or damage to persons or property resulting in bodily injury or property damage subject to limitations imposed by the law. This includes towing, estimated cost of repairs, storage, claims processing fees, impound fees, loss of use, diminished value and administrating charges regardless of fault.
As the winner of this contest, you are to take the vehicle from Swift Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia's location at 4318 Chiles Rd in Davis California for the test-drive on February 14th, 2012 after 10:00 AM and return to the same location by 02:00 PM on February 15th 2012. You are not to drive the vehicle more than 150 miles. Vehicle deemed to be unlawfully converted if not returned when due.
As the winner of the contest, you agree to a videotaped interview about your experience after the test-drive. You also agree to post comments on your Facebook wall or on Swift Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia's Facebook wall or blog about your experience including your driving experience.
As the winner of the contest, you hereby consent to the use of your photography, digital image, Facebook transcript, interview information print or video for advertising and marketing purpose including but not limited to, print media, web media, dealership website, brochures or newsletters. You hereby waive, release and forever discharge Swift Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia from any claims or liability arising from the use of your image and information for the above purposes.
Swift Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia reserves the right to make changes to the terms or conditions or change or cancel the contest. Vehicles shown are not the same exact vehicles to be used for test-drive.
